White Album imagery
The claim to fame of Rishikesh, India is that the Beatles wrote their White Album at an ashram there back in the day. Plenty of great Beatles-inspired graffiti there since the place closed down. Couldn't help but be a bit inspired by it while I was there. So, this picture includes an image for each song from the album.
abstract attempt
Met this very strange and interesting women on the street in Jaisalmer, basically a veteran acid head from San Francisco. She took a look at a few of my drawings and challenged me to draw something abstract, and this pic is the result. Not sure I like abstract. Also not sure she'd like this picture if she ever saw it.
Doodles from Leh (Northern India)
The street signs above are not the product of my imagination, though I wish I could take credit for them. With the roads in Northern India being absolutely treacherous, the government does its best to motivate people to drive safely.
The hiker in this pic, top left, was an insanely stereotypical Swiss dude, who was also insane, that we spent a few days trekking with in Leh.
Kagbeni, Mustang (Nepal)
View from the first town my friend and I stopped in on a 10 day trek in Upper Mustang, Nepal. The valley in the distance is where we walked the next day, eventually making our way to Lo Manthang ("The Forbidden Kingdom" - the last Tibetan kingdom in Nepal to hand over power). Picture would probably benefit from some colour.
